Hazel Matutoc Sope:  First Lady of Sto.Nino, Poblacion, Alabel, Sarangani Province by Christian Jay S. Laya She was the spouse of Mr. Arnold Sope.  Mrs. Hazel Cornejo Matutoc, was half-blooded Cebuano-Maguindanaon whose father was a pure-blooded Maguindanaon for Cotabato Province. Mrs. Sope was often called "Ema" as her palayaw or nickname. She was mother of seven children, where three of them died during there infant days.
